The original cover was the collaborative work of Todd McFarlane, Erik Larsen, Marc Silvestri, Jim Valentino, Rob Liefeld, Whilce Portacio, and Jim Lee, with each character being penciled by their respective creator.
This is the first published homage to Image Zero (1993) #0 that I have found.
